What You Need To Know About Windows 11
Later this year, PC users will notice significant changes to their Windows software.
Microsoft released Windows 11, the latest operating system for personal PCs, last month. It will begin in late 2021 and go through 2022, according to the business.
In a June blog post, Panos Panay, Microsoft’s chief product officer for Windows and devices, said that the modifications were prompted by changes in PC usage among consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic, when remote work increased.
“This is what motivated us to create the next iteration of Windows. To create a familiar environment for you, where you may create, study, play, and most importantly, interact in new ways, “Panay penned the following.

The UI, in particular, appears to be slicker than in previous versions of Windows. Snap layouts, which let users to easily snap an application on their screen, have been improved to offer numerous configurations based on what users want. The operating system also makes docking and redocking easier, removing the need to modify apps. Microsoft originally offered a PC Health Check tool to see if your device was capable of running Windows 11. Microsoft, on the other hand, stated the tool’s removal was due to “confusion” over how it assessed a device’s compatibility. According to CNet, a new open source application called WhyNotWin11 may be able to assist customers in determining whether Windows 11 will function.
Windows 11 will now work with Android apps purchased through the Amazon app store. Despite not having the same breath as Google Play, the shop still has significant names like TikTok. Switching between gadgets is not a good idea: Here’s how you can run Android apps on your PC or Mac.

What if, once I’ve updated, I change my mind?
If you’re already using Windows 10 and want to downgrade, Microsoft says you’ll have a 10-day window “where you can go back to Windows 10 while maintaining the files and data you brought with you.” After that, users must back up their data and undergo a “clean install,” which means starting over with Windows 10.
What if I’m perfectly content with Windows 10?
There’s no need to haste. Microsoft has no intention of abandoning Windows 10 anytime soon. If you persist with Windows 10, Microsoft promises to maintain it until 2025.
